To qualify for a free energy audit you must be a Vermont Gas customer whose home has used at least 0.6 ccf per square foot of natural gas over the past year (e.g., a 2,000 square foot home that consumes more than 1,200 ccf per year). If you don’t own your home, Vermont Gas must receive direct authorization from the landlord to potentially qualify your home for an audit.
